Helen Townsend Spohrer is a native of Louisiana and graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in English. She is an agent with Prudential Shimmering Sands Realty and has worked in the real estate industry in Franklin County since 1981. She previously worked for a major daily newspaper and also had a catering business. She raised Quarter Horses with her father back in Louisiana.
Helen is active in the community. She is a Board member of the Realtor Association of Franklin & Southern Gulf Counties, currently serving as Treasurer. She is Chairman of the Franklin County Tourist Development Council, and is a Board member of the Three Servicemen Statue South Vietnam Veterans Memorial organization. She volunteers for a variety of organizations and enjoys helping others.

Royce Rolstad III is a native of Franklin County and has been part of Forgotten Coast TV since its start in 2005. Each week Royce hosts Community Calendar, a program on local events and happenings in the area. In addition to his on-camera duties, he also edits the programs you see on FCTV. In his spare time, Royce is a wedding and family portrait photographer and is a member of the board of directors of the Florida Seafood Festival and the local community theatre group, the Panhandle Players. He is also organist at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Royce is a graduate of Apalachicola High School and holds a degree in communication from Florida State University. He is engaged to Carolina Narine of Santa Rosalia, Venezuela. |

Sheila Hauser has been a part of the Forgotten Coast TV team since April of 2007. She has an extensive background in marketing, public relations and promoting the Forgotten Coast area. Sheila is involved in many community events and is chairperson for the Carrabelle Boat Parade of Lights. She serves as the president of the Carrabelle Area Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Franklin County Tourist Development Council and Gulf Coast Workforce Board. Sheila enjoys spending time with her children at the beach and boating and fishing around Dog Island. |

Jeff is a retired attorney and lifetime fisherman and resides in Eastpoint with his wife, Caroline. Surrounded by some of the best angling waters anywhere, he takes full advantage by doing the Shorelines Fishing show on FCTV and writing a weekly fishing report for the Franklin Chronicle. When not fishing, he is talking about fishing. Jeff is involved with the Apalachicola Riverkeeper and is a member of the board of directors of the Panhandle Players. |

John Rex was born in Arkansas, but was raised in Franklin County. John worked for Prudential Resort Realty, in Information Technology, for 3 years before moving to Forgotten Coast TV full time at the beginning of 2009. John has assisted in many of the technical aspects of Forgotten Coast TV since its start in 2005. John also is an assistant videographer and editor. As a hobby and as a career, John has over 8 years of Information Technology experience. He worked for a locally owned high speed internet company for nearly 5 years and in his spare time, he also custom builds and repairs computers. John also has a passion for reptiles. Recently, he rescued 2 iguanas that were captured in Gulf and Franklin County. Both of the iguanas are common Green Iguanas, which are not native to the area. One being a juvenile male, and the other is a mature male. |
